These print are based on the Macro Keyboard 2.0 by retrobuiltgames.com. He came up with a affortable small PCB design to mount some keys together with an arduino pro micro. If you want to be able to also trigger MQTT or Web-related events, you have to add an ESP to it. This model does ecactly this. While the Pro Micro still functions as a HID to the PC via USB, it also communicates to the ESP via Serial any triggered event and is able to communicate with your wifi-related services this way. I also added a OLEd Screen to keep track on connection status and triggered events this way.
