You could just go the the SW Foot Model and read the text here. This model serves the same purpose: Pressing button with the feet while your hands are distracted or on camera. This is a slim version. The electric hardware is the same but the button technique is a bit different. Also it mounts the ATTiny under a small hat.

Some are obligatory for the model to work, some are optional. It's up to you how close you will follow the instructions. Use what you have on hand and alter the model if necessary.
