WHY_CASE_BOT.stl
BOTTOM - Handgrip Part. Easy to print upwards in any 3D Printer. This Version has holes on the handles to make the colorfull 18650 cells show through. Maybe not best to prevent objects or dirt getting into the Case. Therefore see the other version -->

WHY_CASE_LATCH.stl
LATCH - Inserted at a slight angle into the bottom part and hold tight by a single golden M2 screw gives easy access to the PCB. You might need to add some support material under the smaller lip part on the bottom to avoid sagging lines while printing.

WHY_CASE_INSERT_TOP.stl
INSERT TOP - This insert is a first approach before seen the PCB. The peripheral on the top and bottom are fully spared out and can be either fully closed or adapted by different plate insert.
EDIT: Now that the Badges were released, it seems like they generally fit by @Dynoms cutouts, but as the pinheader do not reach over the boards edge, I would recommend to leave out the inserts, as pinheader normaly only have 6mm of pin-travel when plugged in, so adding 3mm material on top would not give a tight fit when attaching additional extensions.

WHY_CASE_INSERT_BOT.stl
INSERT BOT - (first approach before PCB) These cutouts follow the positioning done by @Dynom. Print it out and glue the plate in if it fits. Or edit it to your desire until it fits.
EDIT: As the Case has its own lanyard holder, the two outer holes are not actually needed. The USB-C Port does not overhang the board though, because of that, any PLA Material here can only be minimal for the case. I gotta remake this part soon.
